The easiest way to clear large areas of tall grass is by using the TEXAS Pro Trim 600TR, a self-propelled petrol-powered grass trimmer equipped with a robust 4-stroke 173 cc engine and an impressive 60 cm working width. The trimmer head operates with durable and efficient 4-line, 4 mm trimmer cord, and the working height can be adjusted from as low as 4.5 cm to as high as 12 cm, depending on the terrain and your trimming needs.

The grass trimmer features large 13" pneumatic tires with tractor treads, ensuring that the Pro Trim 600TR's propulsion system maintains excellent traction across various terrains. This makes it far more comfortable to operate for extended periods compared to a handheld brush cutter, as you only need to steer it to the desired trimming location.

The powerful TEXAS TG595 engine in the Pro Trim 600TR delivers up to 2.9 kW at 3,000 RPM, providing ample power to effortlessly tackle tall grass.

The sturdy plastic guard surrounding the trimmer head protects you from debris, while the additional lower rubber covering offers extra safety when operating at higher working heights. The engine shield ensures that grass and dirt are not flung onto the machine during operation.

The fixed handlebar is ergonomically designed, offering comfortable control over the Pro Trim 600TR. Each handlebar lever must be engaged separately to activate either the trimmer head or the propulsion system, reducing the risk of accidental operation.

The machine is supplied without oil.

TEXAS recommends using unleaded 98/100 gasoline (also called E5) for all our gasoline engines, even if the manual specifies unleaded 95 gasoline (E10).

This recommendation is due to changes from January 1, 2020, when unleaded 95 gasoline (E10) began to contain 10% bioethanol instead of the previous 5%. The increased bioethanol content attracts condensation/water over time and shortens the fuel's shelf life, which can lead to poorer combustion and starting issues.
