The HTZ5800 is a truly powerful battery hedge trimmer in TEXAS' robust 58V Battery series. With a long double blade of 65 cm and a cutting width of 22 mm between the teeth, this hedge trimmer effectively handles most hedge types. During operation, you only carry the trimmer's weight of 3.25 kg, as the battery is placed in the included hip battery pouch, reducing arm strain and weight.

With a 3-point grip on the front handle and a 180° rotatable rear handle with 5 adjustable positions, the HTZ5800 offers a comfortable trimming experience from almost any angle. The HTZ5800 battery is also compatible with other garden machines in the 58V Battery series.

The rear handle of the HTZ5800 includes a rotation button, a main power switch, and an activation button, while the 3-point grip on the front handle features a safety switch. Both the activation button and safety switch must be pressed simultaneously to start the trimmer, reducing the risk of accidental starts.

The long blade has a tip guard to prevent impact with the ground when trimming lower branches. Additionally, an upper blade guard protects screws and moving parts of the blade from branches.

In front of the HTZ5800's front handle, there is a black plastic guard that shields you from flying branches during operation. The power cable at the back connects to the battery pouch where you place the battery.

The HTZ5800 is tested to operate for up to 60 minutes on a 4.0 Ah battery. However, runtime may vary depending on conditions and battery age.

A fully charged 58V battery is required for the HTZ5800 to perform at full strength, and you can use either a 4.0 Ah or 5.0 Ah battery.

There are two different 58V batteries, both equipped with lithium cells - a 4.0 Ah model and a 5.0 Ah model, as well as a quick charger that can fully charge a battery in 120 or 150 minutes, respectively. Please note that TEXAS' 58V batteries are exclusively compatible with machines in our 58V Battery series.

The battery and charger are NOT included and must be purchased separately.
