The TEXAS XCS4200 chainsaw features a robust 42 cc engine, a 16? (40 cm) guide bar, and a chain speed of 23.1 m/s, providing efficient cutting power. Weighing just 5.5 kg, this chainsaw is exceptionally light and easy to handle, making it ideal for extended use compared to larger models. Both the guide bar and chain are premium quality from the renowned U.S. brand Oregon.

This versatile chainsaw is packed with practical features, including anti-vibration technology and a Japanese Walbro carburetor. Combined with the integrated 'Easy Start' system, the saw is easier to start thanks to reduced resistance in the pull cord. While it may not be designed for cutting massive logs, the XCS4200 excels at most general sawing tasks, making it a pleasure to use.

The XCS4200 is powered by a 2-stroke engine delivering 1.6 kW of power. User-friendly features include automatic chain lubrication and an included tool for chain tensioning.

The front handle provides both horizontal and vertical grip options, allowing you to maintain excellent control in any working position. A metal spike bumper aids in stable sawing, while the front hand guard doubles as a chain brake, instantly stopping the chain in case of kickback.

The XCS4200 also comes with a guide bar cover for safe transport and storage.

TEXAS recommends using unleaded 98/100 gasoline (also called E5) for all our gasoline engines, even if the manual specifies unleaded 95 gasoline (E10).

This recommendation is due to changes from January 1, 2020, when unleaded 95 gasoline (E10) began to contain 10% bioethanol instead of the previous 5%. The increased bioethanol content attracts condensation/water over time and shortens the fuel's shelf life, which can lead to poorer combustion and starting issues.
