This battery brush cutter is very user-friendly with its low weight of just 3.9 kg (without battery), an included harness, and a foldable metal shaft that makes it only 95 cm long, so it can fit into the trunk of your car. The BCX 2020 comes with both a trimmer line with a working width of 36 cm and a 3-tooth blade with a working width of 25.5 cm.

The BCX2020 features a powerful brushless engine, powered by two 20V batteries. With the speed regulation, you can choose between two working speeds of either 4,500 or 6,000 rpm depending on your task.

On the back handle at the top, you also find both the safety switch and the start button, which must be activated simultaneously to start the brush cutter, reducing the risk of accidental start. At the same time, the back handle is equipped with soft grip for comfortable use.

The front handle is height-adjustable, allowing you to find your most comfortable working position. With the included adjustable harness, the weight is evenly distributed across your body, making the BCX2020 much more ergonomic to work with.

The double trimmer cord of 2 mm in diameter is easily fed from the spool using the built-in bump feed, where you tap the spool against the ground to automatically release more cord. The trimmer head's guard protects you from debris during operation.

2 x 20V batteries must be used and fully charged for the BCX2020 to operate at full power. Both 2.0 Ah, 4.0 Ah, and 5.0 Ah batteries can be used. You can use two 20V batteries with different capacity, for example one 2.0 Ah and one 4.0 Ah, but the machine will stop once one of them is empty. The machine cannot run if one battery is removed or nearly discharged.

There are three different 20V batteries, all with lithium cells - one with 2.0 Ah, one with 4.0 Ah, and one with 5.0 Ah, as well as a single fast charger and a dual fast charger, which can fully charge one or two batteries in 60, 120, or 150 minutes, respectively. You can only use TEXAS' 20V batteries for machines in our 20V battery series.
