RMX2000

Ultra-quiet robotic lawn mower for very large lawns up to 2000 m², featuring a supersonic sensor, multiple start points, and a multi-language app for easy control.

Description

With the TEXAS RMX2000, you get an extremely quiet robotic lawn mower that operates at a guaranteed sound level of no more than 57 dB - quieter than a normal conversation. This efficient robotic mower easily handles large lawns up to 2000 m² and includes smart features like a supersonic sensor that automatically changes direction before hitting obstacles.

Using the multi-language app, you can easily access and control the RMX2000 when it's connected to Wi-Fi. Within the app, you can view a map of your lawn, set mowing schedules, and use the Multi Zone function to configure up to four start points - ensuring the robotic lawn mower reaches even hard-to-access areas. The RMX 2000 cuts with a mulching system, handles slopes up to 24° (45%) and can be rinsed clean with a garden hose - leaving even large lawns beautifully cut with minimal effort or noise. Setup is quick and simple.

The RMX2000 includes a smart multi-language app for your phone, giving you full control over your robotic lawn mower. In the app, you can set the daily mowing schedule (two time slots), configure start points for Multi Zone, schedule edge trimming, view the mowing log, and install software updates to improve performance or fix issues.

After approximately 14 days, the RMX2000 creates a map of your lawn in the app, making it easy to set start points for the Multi Zone function.

Once connected to Wi-Fi, you can always access your mower via the TEXAS app. If your Wi-Fi does not reach the garden, you can connect via Bluetooth, but you need to be within a few meters of the mower. Alternatively, you can use the improved LCD display on the mower itself if you prefer not to connect via the app.

The RMX2000 operates within the boundary wire, and its software ensures that it never follows the same path twice - preventing wheel tracks in the lawn. The edge cutting mode lets it follow the boundary wire to trim right to the edge, and it can even pass through narrow corridors as slim as 80 cm.

At the front, the RMX2000 has a supersonic sensor that can be set to detect obstacles at three different distances, approximately 15 cm high, redirecting the mower before it reaches the obstacle. Additional practical sensors also assist during mowing.

The obstacle sensor detects contact with objects at a minimum of 10 cm and sends the mower in a different direction. The tilt sensor redirects it if the lawn becomes too steep, and if it unexpectedly tips over, this is recorded and displayed in the app.

The lift sensor automatically stops the blades if the mower is lifted, reducing the risk of injury. With the rain sensor, you can choose to send the mower back to the charging station to wait for dry weather before resuming, providing a cleaner cut.

The RMX2000 features a 22 cm cutting diameter with three ultra-sharp rotating blades spinning at 2,800 rpm for precise mulching. The cutting height can be adjusted between 20 mm and 60 mm using the height adjustment knob.

The blades are mounted on a spring-suspended cutting disc that automatically adapts to uneven ground, delivering a smoother cut and minimizing the risk of getting stuck on bumps or soft areas.

Depending on the layout of your lawn, the RMX2000 provides 2-2.5 hours of active mowing time before returning to the charging station, where it fully recharges in about 2 hours. You can program it to operate between 1 and 24 hours daily across two time slots - for lawns near 2000 m², longer mowing sessions are recommended.

The RMX2000's charging station can be discreetly placed in a corner of your lawn. It also includes Super-Link technology, which extends your Wi-Fi signal to the mower even over long distances - ensuring continuous app connectivity.

When docked, the mower enters Eco Mode, shutting off power to the boundary wire and reducing overall energy consumption. The 76W / 3A power supply provides efficient charging, and you can expect an annual electricity cost between DKK 50 and 150, depending on use and local electricity rates.

Cleaning is easy - the RMX2000 is IPX5-rated, meaning it can safely be rinsed with a garden hose. It can also operate in rain, though for the best mowing results, we recommend mowing in dry weather. The RMX2000 features a UV-resistant plastic cutting deck that won't fade in sunlight. Its two large rear driving wheels have triple-row tread patterns designed to prevent slipping or getting stuck on soft grass.

The front LED light conveniently indicates the mower's status - whether it's mowing, returning to charge, or experiencing an issue - so you can quickly see if it needs attention. For safety and theft prevention, the RMX2000 includes a unique personal PIN code, ensuring that even if stolen, it cannot be operated or accessed outside its boundary area.

Before launching our RMX robotic lawn mower line in 2022, we conducted an extensive testing phase in 2021 to optimize and improve the mowers for real-world use.

We invited a large number of testers from across Denmark with different types of gardens, sizes, and lawns. Out of the applicants, we selected 46 testers with various garden types who tested the RMX500 model throughout the 2021 season.

As the mower worked on their lawns, testers provided ongoing feedback on what worked well and areas for improvement. At the end of the season, 86% of testers reported that the robotic lawn mower met their expectations and that they would recommend it to others.

All feedback helped us refine the manual and improve future models, resulting in today's upgraded and thoroughly tested robotic lawn mower that delivers a perfectly maintained lawn.

Charging station, power supply, 250 m boundary wire, 320 pegs, nine pivoting blades, and a detailed setup and user manual.

Grass trimmer for any grass edges
If the boundary wire isn't placed right next to paving stones, there may be a narrow strip of grass along the lawn edge, which can be quickly trimmed with a simple grass trimmer. You may also want to explore our 20V Battery series, where you can use the handy GTX2000 grass trimmer and share the battery with other garden machines.
