The TEXAS RMX1600 is a remarkably quiet robotic lawn mower with a guaranteed sound level of just 57 dB - quieter than a normal conversation. It easily handles large lawns up to 1600 m² and comes equipped with a supersonic sensor that prevents it from bumping into obstacles while mowing.

With the Danish-language app, you can access your RMX1600 whenever it's connected to Wi-Fi. You can view a map of your lawn, set mowing schedules, and use the Multi Zone function to define up to four starting points, ensuring your robotic lawn mower reaches both the front and back garden. The RMX 1600 mows using the mulching method, can handle slopes of up to 24° (45%), and can be rinsed clean with a garden hose - giving you a beautiful lawn with minimal effort or noise. Setup is simple and user-friendly.

The RMX1600 includes a smart multi-language app for your phone, giving you full control over your robotic lawn mower. In the app, you can set the daily mowing schedule (two time slots), configure start points for Multi Zone, schedule edge trimming, view the mowing log, and install software updates to improve performance or fix issues.

After approximately 14 days, the RMX1600 creates a map of your lawn in the app, making it easy to set start points for the Multi Zone function.

Once connected to Wi-Fi, you can always access your mower via the TEXAS app. If your Wi-Fi does not reach the garden, you can connect via Bluetooth, but you need to be within a few meters of the mower. Alternatively, you can use the improved LCD display on the mower itself if you prefer not to connect via the app.

The RMX1600 operates within the boundary wire, and its software ensures that it never follows the same path twice - preventing wheel tracks in the lawn. The edge cutting mode lets it follow the boundary wire to trim right to the edge, and it can even pass through narrow corridors as slim as 80 cm.

At the front, the RMX1600 has a supersonic sensor that can be set to detect obstacles at three different distances, approximately 15 cm high, redirecting the mower before it reaches the obstacle. Additional practical sensors also assist during mowing.

The obstacle sensor detects contact with objects at a minimum of 10 cm and sends the mower in a different direction. The tilt sensor redirects it if the lawn becomes too steep, and if it unexpectedly tips over, this is recorded and displayed in the app.

The lift sensor automatically stops the blades if the mower is lifted, reducing the risk of injury. With the rain sensor, you can choose to send the mower back to the charging station to wait for dry weather before resuming, providing a cleaner cut.

The RMX1600 has a 22 cm cutting diameter with three ultra-sharp rotating blades spinning at 2,800 rpm for precise mulching. The height adjustment knob lets you choose between nine cutting levels ranging from 20 mm to 60 mm.

The blades are mounted on a spring-suspended cutting disc, which automatically adapts to uneven ground for smoother mowing and a reduced risk of getting stuck.

Depending on your lawn-s layout, the RMX1600 has an active mowing time of 2-2.5 hours before returning to the charging station, where it fully recharges in about 2 hours. You can program it to run between 1 and 24 hours per day across two time slots. For lawns near 1600 m², longer mowing sessions are recommended.

The charging station can be placed discreetly in a corner of your lawn. This model also includes Super-Link technology, which extends your Wi-Fi signal to the mower - keeping it connected to the app even over long distances.

When docked, the mower enters Eco Mode, which shuts off power to the boundary wire and reduces energy consumption. The 76W / 3A charger ensures efficient recharging, and you can expect an annual electricity cost between DKK 50 and 150, depending on usage and energy prices.

Cleaning the RMX1600 is simple - it is IPX5-rated, so you can safely rinse it with a garden hose. It can also operate in the rain, though for optimal mowing results, we recommend mowing in dry conditions.

The RMX1600 features a UV-resistant plastic cutting deck that won't fade in sunlight. The two large rear driving wheels have three rows of deep tread patterns that prevent wheel spin and slipping on soft lawns.

The front LED light indicates the mower's status - whether it's mowing, returning home, charging, or encountering an error - making it easy to check at a glance. For security, the RMX1600 is protected by a personal PIN code, rendering theft useless since it cannot operate or be accessed outside its boundary wire.

Before launching our RMX robotic lawn mower line in 2022, we conducted an extensive testing phase in 2021 to optimize and improve the mowers for real-world use.

We invited a large number of testers from across Denmark with different types of gardens, sizes, and lawns. Out of the applicants, we selected 46 testers with various garden types who tested the RMX500 model throughout the 2021 season.

As the mower worked on their lawns, testers provided ongoing feedback on what worked well and areas for improvement. At the end of the season, 86% of testers reported that the robotic lawn mower met their expectations and that they would recommend it to others.

All feedback helped us refine the manual and improve future models, resulting in today's upgraded and thoroughly tested robotic lawn mower that delivers a perfectly maintained lawn.

Grass trimmer for any grass edges
