With a strong 45 cc engine and a TEXAS chain and 18" (45 cm) guide bar, you get a powerful petrol-driven chain saw that, with high user-friendliness, can assist you with most cutting tasks in the garden. The TEXAS TS4518 chain saw also delivers efficient cutting with a chain speed of 21 m/s.

The chain saw weighs 6.8 kg and comes with several practical features that make your work easier. Its carburetor has auto choke, which helps start the chain saw from cold and in cold weather. The chain saw is also equipped with 'Easy Start', which reduces resistance in the start cord, making starting smoother. On top of that, you also get a range of practical accessories included.

The TS4518 features a strong 2-stroke engine delivering 1.8 kW. User-friendliness is also top class, as the chain saw has automatic chain lubrication - simply fill chain oil before use.

The front handle offers both horizontal and vertical grip, ensuring good control of the chain saw in any working position. The metal claw stop provides stable cutting, and the front hand guard also acts as a chain brake, stopping the saw chain instantly in case of kickback during work.

TEXAS recommends using unleaded 98/100 gasoline (also called E5) for all our gasoline engines, even if the manual specifies unleaded 95 gasoline (E10).

This recommendation is due to changes from January 1, 2020, when unleaded 95 gasoline (E10) began to contain 10% bioethanol instead of the previous 5%. The increased bioethanol content attracts condensation/water over time and shortens the fuel's shelf life, which can lead to poorer combustion and starting issues.
