Texas presents a unique multifunctional machine for all year cleaning
The R&D department at Texas in Denmark has developed the Combi 800, which is a versatile and powerful multifunctional machine that provides the opportunity to use it as a sweeper, snow blade and a snow thrower.
With the Combi 800, Texas offers maximum value for money to the homeowner and the professional user, who wants a multifunctional machine. The Combi 800 is developed with a unique quick clutch system, which makes it possible to attach new tools in less than 10 seconds. Texas offers three tools for the Combi 800 – an 80 cm sweeper, 80 cm snow blade and a 61 cm two-stage snow thrower.
At the moment 3-4 new tools are under development for the Combi 800 within the range of grass, cultivating and cleaning, all expected to be launched in 2014.

Machines with the engine name TGE are equipped with a 230V electric start: “It has been of great importance for us to develop a model with electric start, which makes it possible to start the engine with an electric cord from the power outlet and a push on the start button. In that way you avoid troubles with a manual start on a cold winter morning”, says Lasse Nilsson, sales director at Texas. Of additional advantages it can be mentioned that the engine is placed above the centre of the wheels, resulting in outstanding working balance and position. The machine has 4 forward speeds and 1 reverse, which makes it possible to work optimal with all kind of tools, as they often requires different working speed.
Extra for Combi 800
It is possible to purchase snow chains, collector box and a smart rechargeable LED-torch, which also fits other Texas sweepers. The torch is of high quality and a light capacity of 250 lumen, it provides a good working light when working in the twilight or dark. It is an indispensable accessory when clearing snow an early morning without streetlights.
