Texas Combi 800 is a powerful combi machine for effective cleaning of bigger areas all time of year. In a few seconds one man can change the machine from snow blade to a snow thrower, or a sweeper with collection box.
Danish development and design with unique features
Texas Combi 800 is developed for the semi-professional user, and with the price level in mind. Although, focus on keeping a low price, the Danish Texas development department have succeed to make a machine with several leading features. Combi 800 has the unique Texas Click’n Go tool clutch, which makes it fast to change tools without any need of instruments. Furthermore Texas’ engineers have placed the engine and gear above the centre of the wheel shaft, which optimise the balance point of the machine. This gives optimum balance and manoeuvrability during work and tool change.
“When we started developing Combi 800 the goal was a flexible solution for demanding users, a goal we have obtained. Combi 800 is exactly the powerful multi-machine we were aiming for. And we have got really good feedback on quality and use of the machine” says Texas Sales Manger Lasse Nilsson.
The advancement continues
Today Combi 800 offers several options, but the engineers are still working on new tools. Currently the machine can be combined with sweeper, snow thrower, snow blade, and collection box, which cover cleaning all year around. However the engineers are also designing new tools for grass, soil, and cleaning.

The drive unit comes with motor, gearbox, and the Click’n Go tool clutch. Furthermore, the drive units are produced in three engine versions, which are Briggs & Stratton, Texas Powerline, and Texas Powerline with both recoil and electric start. Electric start is preferable in freezing weather. Further the following tools are available: an adjustable 80 cm width sweeper with nylon brushes for dirt and snow, a 61 cm width 2-stage snow thrower for large amount of snow, and a 80 cm width snow blade for ice and compact snow. Additionally there are collection box for the sweeper, tyre chains, and a practical LED light for work in dim light. The Combi machine has one reverse gear and four forward gears so the performance of the machine can be adjusted for all tools and job functions.
